Fitness Re-integration is the process that involves getting a patient ready to return to their fitness routine. Whether that be running, Cross-Fit, or general fitness in the gym. It isn’t just treating an injury. It’s treating the cause and the collateral issues as well. Issues such as faulty Body mechanics that could land you back on the injured list soon after a return to training.
Fitness Re-integration is an approach that I use to fully prepare your body for the rigors of training and exercising. As well as the education of knowing what is good for your body and what isn’t. Including the proper and improper way exercises are performed.
A patient returned to fitness should be prepared for the activities they intend to perform. Prepared mentally and physically.
